Kirby's Kelly

Kelly is a 5 year old, 60 lb. Dark Chocolate female out of two Black parents.  Her parents are both active Field Trial competitors with outstanding accomplishments.  Her Sire: FC/AFC Tiger McBunn, a National Finalist in '01,'02 and '05, is from an unprecedented litter that produced six (6) Field Champions!  Both of TIGER'S parents are NATIONAL FIELD CHAMPIONS, the most difficult to attain title and the most prestigious title in the dog competition world.

KELLY'S Dam, CAJUN, is a littermate to FC/AFC CAROLINA'S STORM ON THE WATER (Little Man).  He was a National Finalist in the '04 National Amateur Championship, and has over 140 All-Age points and 70 Derby points.  CAJUN has Open points and Jams and Amateur Jams.

Kelly is titled MASTER HUNTER and has qualified for the MASTER NATIONALS.  Her TRACTABILITY and DESIRE to retrieve is excellent. She does beautiful BLINDS and handles in a superior manner. An equally important quality is demeanor, which is calm and easy. She is a great dog to be around!

Kelly was whelped on April 4, 2003 and comes from a litter bred by Grayson Kelley and Dr. Mac DuBose, both prominent field trialers in North Carolina. 

We have bred Kelly several times to "Cuda's Blue Ryder" and each litter has produced excellent working dogs. She has a number of MASTER HUNTERS to her credit including "Fancy Tatooed on the Water" which is probably the youngest chocolate dog to attain that title. "McMahan's Christmas Evie" has her MH title and is now running in OPEN stakes with trainer Andy Attar. We have several of her pups from recent litters at our kennel now in training for Hunt Tests and all are excellent prospects.
